Your First Visit
Prior to arriving for your first appointment, we ask that you complete the online intake forms. If you are unable to do so, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete them. Please bring your ID and insurance card.
During the consultation, your doctor will ask about your main complaint and address it. We might also ask, what is the problem keeping you from doing? What are your health goals? Many people have no idea what optimum health looks like!
Next is an in-depth physical exam and neurological tests using the INSiGHT™ scanner. We also take digital X-rays onsite to give us an accurate assessment of your spine (we do not X-ray pregnant women).
In some cases, a practice member will receive a light adjustment at this visit. However, in many cases, your chiropractor may want to review your exam and X-ray results in greater detail before providing an adjustment.
Your Second Visit
On your second visit, you’ll receive a comprehensive report of findings. We’ll discuss your test, scan and X-ray results, detail what the problem is, give you a recommendation of visits concerning your condition, how long it will take, and how much it will cost. You’ll receive your care plan outlining the treatment options and frequency. The doctor will answer all your questions, and when you’re ready, we’ll begin your care plan with an adjustment. A Mustard Seed Chiropractic adjustment is “Sweet to the soul, and health to the bone.” Your progress is reassessed every 30 days and/or at 12 visits.

We accept most major insurance, Medicare, HSA, FSA, and major credit cards. We also offer CareCredit as an option. We also offer Military and 1st Responder discounts. Our care plans are affordable; speak with us about your options.
